I'd like to think of this effort as part of a new movement
as well. Can one person make an animated film and get it out there in
front of the world without running through the corporate money gates.
The story I want to tell is not made of the same old animated film formula.
You know that story all ready, a hero character is happy at home with
his friends and family, then one day something bad happens and our hero
is then lost in a strange place, and must get home. Along the way he meets
wacky characters that say funny wacky things like "you go girl"
and assorted catch phases lifted from other popular mass entertainment
properties. At the end, everyone is back home plus a couple of new friends,
and an uplifting message of "aren't friends and family great",
the end, roll credits.
